Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Luxury Shorts Studio (the “App”) and this website collect, and why. In short: your videos, music and YouTube account stay on your PC. We only handle what is needed to sell and check your license.

What we collect

• Purchase data: when you buy, Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record) collects your name, email, billing country and payment details. We receive your name, email, plan and order status; we never see your card details.
• License data: your license key (stored as a one-way hash), a hardware ID of your PC (a one-way hash, not your name or files), the App version and the dates of activation and last check.
• Edit-planning data: to plan a Short, the App sends our server only numbers about the music track (length, beat times, bass and energy levels) and your editing settings. No audio or video is sent.
• Technical logs: like every server, ours logs IP addresses and request times for security and troubleshooting. These logs are kept for a short time.

What we don't collect

We do not receive your clips, music, generated Shorts, YouTube login, YouTube keys or analytics. These are stored only on your PC. The App talks to YouTube directly, using the Google key you created.

Why we use it

• to deliver and check your license (performing our contract with you);
• to keep the service secure and stop shared or abused keys (our legitimate interest);
• to keep invoices and records as required by law.

Who processes it

• Lemon Squeezy – payments, taxes, receipts and license keys (privacy policy).
• Google Cloud (servers in the EU, Belgium) – our license and update server.
• Cloudflare – hosting of this website.

We do not sell your data and we do not use advertising trackers.

How long we keep it

License data is kept while your license exists and for up to 12 months after it ends. Purchase records are kept as long as the law requires.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, object to its use, or complain to your data protection authority (in Romania: ANSPDCP). Contact us on our Discord server and we will answer within 30 days.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies. The checkout page is run by Lemon Squeezy and uses the cookies it needs to process your payment.
