Terms of Service

These terms apply to Luxury Shorts Studio (the “App”), a Windows application operated from Romania (“we”, “us”). By buying a license or using the App you agree to them.

1. Purchase and payments

Licenses are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy processes your payment, charges any applicable taxes and sends your receipt. Their buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

2. Subscriptions

• Plans are billed monthly, every 3 months or yearly, and renew automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from the link in your receipt email or from “My orders”. After cancelling, the App keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
• We may change prices for new periods; we will tell you before the change applies to your subscription.
• All payments are final and non-refundable, as described in our refund policy.

3. Your license

• We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App while your subscription is active.
• One license key works on one PC at a time. You can move it to another PC by deactivating it in the App first.
• The App checks your license online when it starts and at least once every 7 days, and some features (for example planning the edit of a Short) need an internet connection.
• You may not share, resell or publish your license key, and you may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or get around the license check of the App.

4. Your content

You choose the clips, music, texts and channels you use with the App. You are fully responsible for having the rights to use that content and for following the YouTube Terms of Service and community guidelines. The App processes your videos on your own PC; we do not receive or store them.

5. YouTube and other services

The App connects to YouTube through the official YouTube Data API using a Google key you create in your own Google account. We are not affiliated with YouTube or Google. We are not responsible for decisions YouTube makes about your channel or videos (for example limits, claims, strikes or demonetization).

6. Updates and availability

We release updates to improve the App and keep it working. We do our best to keep our license server online, but we cannot promise it will always be available without interruptions.

7. No guarantee of results

The App helps you make and post Shorts. We do not promise any number of views, subscribers or income.

8. Limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

9. Ending your access

We may suspend or end a license that breaks these terms (for example a shared or resold key), without a refund.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by Romanian law, without taking away the protection of the law of the country where you live.
