Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because Luxury Shorts Studio is digital software that you get immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds, including for unused time or partial subscription periods.

Before you buy

Please check the requirements (Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit) and the features before buying. By completing your purchase you agree that the App is delivered right away and that you lose the right to cancel the purchase for a refund once your license key is delivered, to the extent allowed by law.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription anytime from the link in your receipt email or from “My orders”. No further payments are taken, and the App keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for.

Charged by mistake?

If you were charged twice for the same order, or after cancelling before the renewal date, contact us on our Discord server and we will fix it.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
